• Where is the store based?

• How long it need to be wait if I order a pre-order items?

  Pre-ordered items are items that are not in stock but available for advanced purchase on our site. Pre-ordered items will ship directly once they arrive in stock. It usually takes 2 weeks for arrival (to our warehouse). You will be notified via email for your item status.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  If you placed an order for Pre-order item, please allow 2 more weeks wait time for the items arrive to our warehouse.

• Do you take wholesale order?

  Yes if the requested item is available.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• Can I cancel or edit my order once it has been paid?

  You CANNOT cancel but you CAN request to edit.
  We allow max 24 hours to edit your order.
  We allow to change the item's color or to another item for the same price.

  To enhance the speed for our customers to received their order, please contact immediately if anything need to change after the payment.
  After 24 hours, order processed and mailed out. We will not be able to edit or cancel your order. It is your responsibility to double check your order and recipient address.
